Q: g5 64 bit coolaint leaks

i just got a g5 2.7 64 bit machine ..i know old..i still love  the g5,but any way when i turn it on the power light comes on the goes out ..the fans are working on everything but it will not boot up and there is no red light on the board .i was reading that a dead pram battery will cause this...i pulled out all the ram and there was no two beeps but it would not stay on long enough as well as the video card...the screen would show as there was a signal was going through...there is another issue is that the leaking green death my be the problem .was there many issues with my machine with the leaking going on.i was not able to see any leaking anywhere but have not pulled the processors.

any info will be greatly needed
