iMessage using wife's phone number not mine

I have a Macbook Pro running version 10.10.4

It's always used the correct number (mine) until my wife had an issue with her phone. She to the Apple store and had it replaced, when they selected restore form iCloud they selected my backup. After she realized it she went and reset the phone and restored her phone from her backup. Ever since she went through all these steps my Macbook has been associated to her number now. I've tried the logging out, logging in on all devices. I've gone into manage apple id and nothing has worked. This is becoming frustrating. We use one apple id to manage 4 iPhones, 1 mac, 1 macbook, 1 macair, 1 iPad mini. it worked like a champ until the Apple store visit.
