Parallels 9 does not recognize iSight?

http://kb.parallels.com/en/112147

Suggests an answer to my question, yet it only covers up to Desktop 8. I have 9. There is no setting in 9 for Web cameras, or for USB and Bluetooth for that matter:

So how do I get my iMac's built-in iSight on Mac OS X 10.10.4 to be recognized by Windows 7 on Parallels Desktop 9?

OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), * I may get paid from macmaps links

Your link says the solution applies to Parallels 9 as well as 8.

APPLIES TO:

Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac

Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac

Parallels Desktop 8 for Mac

Parallels Desktop 7 for Mac

If it is not working perhaps you should ask Parallels why

I did manage to get the USB down there using the + sign to add USB/Bluetooth, and selected iSight,

but still it won't connect the iSight.

Note the second icon on the left:

If I click this, I can choose the iSight. Then this sheet comes up:

In its infinite wisdom, it doesn't consider the fact that Lion and later do not have an installation DVD! So I have no idea where to get the iSight installer other than before. The link above forwards to:

I did find a place to get the dpinst64 from Parallels website to no avail on:

To no avail. When I try to install it, this is what I get on the second screen:

Why do I need this? When I attempt install AppleiSightInstaller.exe I get this screen:

So naturally, I'm stumped what to do next?

I managed to get ahold of Parallels support. They managed to edit the settings of a file in the Parallels package config.pvs found in my pvm package contents. Then when that didn't work, they had to run the defrag. That's when it finally was able to recognize the installer for the iSight and the dpinst64 programs.

Then the bigger problem was getting a video test.

Was one that works. Also another that can work, is if you know someone else who has a Facebook account, you can send them a video conference call to see if it might work.
