I don't want Messages or Email showing up on my watch all. I've turned off "Mirror"; "Notifications" and have customized for no alerts. However, all Messages and Emails are still syncing to the watch. Is there away to stop these Messages?

All details are in the question but essentially I just want to use the watch as a regular watch and for fitness purposes. I really don't want my Messages or Emails syncing to the watch at all. It has become a pain deleting them from the watch itself, especially Group Messages, etc. I've tried everything. The watch has finally stopped notifying me of phone calls, messages, and emails, but I can't get them to stop syncing. I recognize for some this is what they like most about the watch, but for me I prefer to just use it as a regular watch and for fitness tracking, and really don't want syncing of messages, emails, missed calls, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, thanks for responding. Yes, I've done all the steps you've mentioned. I spoke with someone over chat as well at Apple, but not actual Apple Support. After trying many different things, it appears the only solution which is actually just a bandaid and is to put the Watch on Airplane Mode. I'm going to try Apple Support now as it's my first chance to contact them while they are still open. I'll post what they say.
