Permission verify it shows "Warning: SUID file “System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent” has been modified and will not be repaired." What can I do to repair it

It's a status message, not an error, and can be safely ignored. No repair is needed or possible.

Thank You very much, it is really clear my doubt since I was worry what's going wrong to my Mac....
I did format my hard disk restore whole system ...... it gone for short moment then appeared again....
I did try to find any solution and related message but no answer or feedback until now.

If you stop repairing permissions, you won't ever worry about what it reports, and your Mac will continue to run normally.
