i just want to ask why my iphone6 unable to install update, after downloading?

I would try again. Better yet, connect to your computer and use iTunes to upgrade. Be sure you have sufficient free space on the device for the upgrade. iTunes upgrading reduces the space requirements because it downloads the file to the computer instead of the device.
