I already have iCloud for Windows. What happens if I remove and install the new version? will I lose my calendar entries?

I received an email today asking to download ICloud for Windows 4.1

when I run the installer it comes up with reinstall or remove as options. Not sure what to do as I keep my calendar on iCloud for Windows

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3
