Q: Apple watch not charging after a day of use

I started using the watch and was able to use it peacefully for a day only. The very next morning when I got up and put the watch for charging it was not able to charge. The charging cable just heats up but nothing happens beyond that.


Tried every troubleshooting option.

    Heat without successful charging suggests misalignment or that plastic wrap is in the way of the charging connection.

     

    Check that you have definitely removed all of the protective plastic wrap from the charger.

     

    Also, ensure that the charger is completely flush with the back of the Watch (eg if you are using a charging stand, it may be preventing the charger from fitting fully against the Watch).

    Thanks for the reply Jonathan, I have removed the plastic wrap and have also tried placing the magnetic disk on the flat surface but unfortunately nothing seems to work. I am frustrated to see this happen after a day of use and Apple won't do anything as I am currently in India. I had purchased the watch from the US and had to travel.

     

    I can't believe that, being a Multinational Company they are just saying they can't do anything.
