Check that you have definitely removed all of the protective plastic wrap from the charger.
Also, ensure that the charger is completely flush with the back of the Watch (eg if you are using a charging stand, it may be preventing the charger from fitting fully against the Watch).

Jul 21, 2015 1:25 AM in response to Jonathan UKby rajasgt,Thanks for the reply Jonathan, I have removed the plastic wrap and have also tried placing the magnetic disk on the flat surface but unfortunately nothing seems to work. I am frustrated to see this happen after a day of use and Apple won't do anything as I am currently in India. I had purchased the watch from the US and had to travel.
I can't believe that, being a Multinational Company they are just saying they can't do anything.
