why dont answer me?
First, your issue has nothing to do with Apple networking, thus possibly why no one has responded to your post. I would suggest that you repost to the iPhone area of the Apple Support Communities. Second, you have provided little or no information on what the problem is, and what you have tried to date on how to solve it. It will help if you provide a complete description to help those trying to respond to you.
