I've somehow managed to sync my videos to the cloud. My iPhone shows 16GB of storage in Photos and Camera. When I go into the videos album and try to delete the garbage is greyed out. iTunes is not giving me an option to unsync that I can find

I had the same issue but I solved it. What I did was opened up my iTunes account and on the sidebar hit photos. I then unchecked the box that says "Sync Photos" & then a pop up box comes up saying do you want to keep or remove photos from your last backup. Hit REMOVE photos.. and then hit apply on the bottom right. Then SYNC ur iPhone. This removed all of the albums I wasn't able to delete.
For you since its your videos.. just hit the box that says VIDEOS and uncheck *Sync Videos*. and then apply..and sync
could someone please help, i followed these steps but was scared it would delete all the photos on my phone, so i accidentally clicked keep photos, so now they remain on my phone, but i have since deleted the folder on my Mac. what do i do?
Just like @Flo218 said. You only need to uncheck the Videos one not the Photos since you only need to unsync the videos.
Even if you accidentally "unsync" your photos, that pictures since you sync it from your Mac for example is still available unless you manually delete your pictures folder on your Mac.
