What certificates do I need to access AKO (army knowledge online) and how can I get them? Thanks!

I need to login to my AKO account but when I do it informs me that the "certificate-based authentication failed". Which certificate do I need and where can I download it? Thanks a bunch!

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

Contact the website support. They may have not updated their certificate.
