You have to make your own appointments on the Apple web site. We are other users like yourself.

If you mean that you are getting emails from this thread then check your email preferences on here : click on name top left of the site (assuming that you are logged in) and then click Preferences on the popup (or this might take you straight there : https://discussions.apple.com/user-preferences!input.jspa)

This is your profile, JCP622 you need one to be here. For some reason you seem to be following someone or something to be receiving email from ASC. You should also be able to access your profile from the upper left area of the page here, if you look, find your username just beneath the Communities heading to the left side of the page.

Try this link for the tutorial about subscriptions. Learn how to use Manage Subscriptions and use My Subscriptions

Also, in your profile, check Preferences, it should show information about what you want send via email.

You cannot do that here, this is a user to user support forum. You need to go to the page for the Apple Store that you made the appointment with. First go to http://www.apple.com/retail and select your store. Then you can go to a link to manage your reservations. From there, you will need to log in with the Apple ID used to make the appointment and you can see your upcoming appointment.
