Altering brass patch attack

I would like to make horn and trumpet patches ( and clarinet) occasionally have more attack immediately. I have some passages that I cant hit the keys so hard

as the figure is too fast for that and I want the more open bright sounds automatically. I cannot figure out how to adjust this? Any advice appreciated
