It sounds like you are receiving prompts to authorize your computer, after a recent purchase. The following Knowledge Base article offers some solutions to a few of the reasons iTunes might prompt to authorize your computer:

Jul 23, 2015 10:06 AM in response to AlexmUKby turingtest2,★HelpfulSometimes this error is caused by a corrupted download. Try deleting the file, don't hide from iTunes in the Cloud if prompted, then redownload from your purchase history.
