Q: Apple ID question

I am using the same Apple ID for my school owned iPad and my personal iPhone right now. I would like to create a different account to use with the school iPad, but I don't want to lose pictures, etc. that are associated with my personal account. If I delete the account from the iPad and create a new one, will my stuff still be in the cloud on my iPhone?

Howdy jareeh,

Associating a device, such as your iPad, with a new Apple ID does not delete any information in the iCloud account that is part of your original Apple ID. Use the steps in this article to change the Apple ID in use on the iPad - Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
