Q: I have 2 watches would like to know if I unpair one and pair the other would i have to set up all my app and apple pay again

If I have 2 watches when I unpair one and pair the other one would all my apps and apple pay transfer? Or do I have to set it up all over?

    When you unpair, it will be made a backup so when you pair it again there´ll be two options: restore as new or from a backup. If you choose backup all your apps and settings will be back.

    I´m not sure (because I don´t have Apple Pay here activated) but I think so...

    I am sorry to tell you, but if you restore your watch (or phone) you will need to reload your apple pay accounts. It's actually a security measure to help prevent someone from using your apple pay if they find your watch. This should not be a big deal, except some banks get particular if you try to activate apple pay too often--they assume your card might be stolen. So, if you do do it enough, you will need to call the bank to activate a card and answer a bunch of security questions.
