Forgot Macbook Pro A1278 Password

Hi

I forgot my Macbook Pro Model#A1278 Password and i tried all the options, None of them is working for me.

Everytime when i try (cmd+r, holding Option Key etc...) always i see logo with Lock Key and looking for Password.

I gave my recovery Key which i have from FireVault. I hope FireVault is "ON". Is there any way that i can bypass this and make my system as Fresh?

Pls. find the image below which i see everytime during cmd+r etc.. Kindly provide the solution.
