How do I register my iPhone and iPad from a Windows PC to a MacBook?

When I first got my iPhone, I was using a Windows PC. I am now using a MacBook and would like to have my iPhone and iPad registered to it. I'm just not sure how to do it safely.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.4

The best way is to copy the iTunes library from your Windows PC (or a backup of it) to your Macbook. See: How to move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Support
