iPod Touch getting disconnected approximately every 30 mins

Hello,

For some reason the iPod Touch we are using is getting disconnected approximately every 30 minutes. We are using these devices in a warehouse and I am working right next to the access point. The disconnect happens only for a brief second, then comes back.

Here is what I see in the device log before the disconnect happens. Any idea why this disconnect is happening? (Running iOS 8.2)

After a few seconds it is back to "WIFI is associated YES", then if we reconnect the app, then it reconnects fine.

Do the iOS devices connect to other networks OK? If yes that tends to indicate a problem with your network.

Do other devices now connect OK?

Did the iOS devices connect OK before?

Try the following to rule out a software problem:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Power off and then back on your router

.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings

- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network

- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

If still problem and it does not connect to any networks make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
