whilst backing up and restoring my iPad I somehow created two devices on iCloud and now i cant access my previous data?

so i restored my iPad and, of course, before i did i backed it up. something went wrong when i was restoring and now i cant use the back up on the iPad???

I can see that I backed it up on iCloud, but it comes up as a different device, so I cant use the back up .

So i've lost like all my data, (notes, contacts, photos, etc.) and i can't even see the photos on icloud because I didn't enable to share them before i restored.

PLEASEEEEE HELP ME!! WHAT CAN I DO TO GET MY DATA BACK???

iOS 8.4

Hi rachaelswaggg,

I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your iPad and your iCloud backups. I also apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you are seeing when your are trying to restore your iPad. If the backup you were expecting does not appear to be available in iCloud or you appear to be missing data, you may find the information and troubleshooting steps outlined in the following articles helpful:
