Can you sync Generation 7 Ipod Nano with Multiple Computers?

Hello. I had a 3rd Generation Ipod Nano, and I like that I can put music from many machines and not have to sync or wipe the ipod each time. It has died unfortunately and I was looking for an exact replacement. I am not familiar with newer ipods, but will a 7th gen ipod nano do the same thing? Or does it only sync to one computer at a time. Thank you for your help.
