Error 53 is a hardware error. You need to contact whomever handles the service of your iPhone in your country. Your Authorized Apple Service provider.

Apple will not accept international shipments. You cannot ship the device back to the US. If you purchased it in the US, that is the only place the warranty is valid and you will either have to bring it yourself, or you will need to ship it to a family member or friend that would take it to Apple. That is the main reason you should not purchase an iPhone in a country where you do not intend to use it. You cannot get this device serviced anywhere but the US.

You can not send it. You have to physically take it to the US or send it to someone you know in the US to have them take it in for service.

Apple will not accept an international shipment.
