Aug 6, 2015 10:34 AM in response to judysingsby C.H.GregoryL,Hi. Thanks for the info. It worked if I go to Setting -> iCloud -> turn off "Contacts" and "Calendars" then turn them back on every time I want to sync my iPhone with my Mac, but this is kind of troublesome.

Aug 6, 2015 11:51 AM in response to C.H.GregoryLby judysings,Hi C.H.GregoryL,
Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious here, but if you are using iCloud to keep your iPhone and your Mac up to date, you don't need to sync your iPhone with your Mac. In the articles above, the troubleshooting steps are provided for your Mac as well. Do you have iCloud enabled for Contacts, Calendars and Notes on your Mac? Are you using an @icloud.com email account for the Notes application?

Aug 9, 2015 7:08 AM in response to C.H.GregoryLby judysings,Good Morning, Hi C.H.GregoryL,
Ok, so I understand that you are using your Gmail email address for contacts, calendars and notes, but whenever you update information on your iPhone, the information is not automatically updating on your Mac, is that right? If you've followed all of the steps in the articles above, then perhaps one of our technical support advisors can delve into this a little further for you. Here's how to initiate that support:
