Q: ipbone5s bottom screen is dark and not displaying however the option behind or i ons cunction if touched . the bottom potion for abot an inch is completely black during start and with lwhite lines after starting . these lines extends to full screen

issue with earlier version 8.3 too

it is extremely difficult to operate

Tried restarting and reset (home and power button) issue still remains
