Actually that's fortunate.

Beta software is for testing only. If you install beta on your iPhone, it may void your warranty. You may not be able to restore the iPhone to factory settings.

If you're being told that the link should re-direct you to the Playstore, the app is for Android phones. iPhones can only download apps from the App Store.

Ha, you funny. Ain't happening. I have no use for WhatsApp either. I do not like anything I have read about it, nor their attitude when it comes to a web version of their app that works with iOS devices.

WhatsApp is not an Apple application. If you want support on how to do something with it, I suggest you contact their support. Where did you find that link you provided? WhatsApp has their own support for their applications. You need to contact them. Contacting Apple support would not get you any help for WhatsApp.

We already told you. Contact WhatsApp support. No one here is going to blindly click on a link that someone posts here, especially for an application that no one here is interested in. Can you try and understand that? You are the one that wants this, you need to follow through on it. It is a non-Apple application, contact their support. Apple has nothing to do with this!

So it seems you go their from the iOS device, but I'm not going to try that. Not sure exactly how it expects to download to the phone.

Links can redirect to the App Store. However, whenever I've beta tested anything, the devs have used Test Flight.
