Q: Sign-in to itunesconnect issue

When I try to sign-in to itunesconnect.apple.com  - i get this message: “Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect”.

The problem is that when the team agent tried to add me as an iTunes Connect user, he got the message that my email address was already used.

How is that possible ?

Did anyone had this problem?
