how to setup a separate audio output playing at same time?

I have a MacBook 12" Retina, which only comes with one built-in output for headphones. I'd like to playback a song from a digital audio workstation with 2 SEPARATE outputs which playback from different audio channels at the same time. What's the simplest way to setup? thanks
