i have iTunes on my PC Laptop and on my Mac Desktop. I've been subscribed with iTunes Match for over 2 years without any issues, and it's allowed both computers to have the same library. Since doing the newest update for iTunes with Apple music, things have gone down hill. iTunes Match appears to be working fine on my Mac (although its less noticeable than it used to be), but it refuses to work on my PC. I've checked all my settings, and my preferences are set up for the iCloud music library. Under File > iTunes Store > iTunes Match, the selection for match is completely greyed out, so I can't even select it. Under File > Library however, I can still select update iCloud music library, but it doesn't do anything to match the library's between computers. Any recommendation?
