bluetooth

I'm using iPhone 6 now. I bought it mid January this year and it still in warranty. My iOS is 8.4. I have an issue to connect my phone with iPhone, the other phone and MacBook by using Bluetooth. Other phone can find my iPhone via Bluetooth in a couple second but my phone can't find other phone. I try to close the Bluetooth and open it again about 3 times but I still get the same result. Before I try to connect my Keynote presentation from my phone to MacBook I need to wait about 2-3 minutes to see the available Bluetooth pair on my iPhone and when I click to match the pair and try to put the passcode in it turns to be disappeared again and won't be able to connect so I'm not sure is the issue could come from the phone or not ?
