My torch won't work and I've tried everything to get it to work? Can someone help please

I Have an iPhone 5c, and everything was working fine until I got it fixed the other week, since then the torch has been playing up coming on and off when it wants to and now it's not working at all? Could anyone help?

Where was the phone fixed and what was fixed? Can you still take flash photos? Try holding down the sleep/wake and home button until the apple logo appears. Since you mentioned the light coming off and on also check settings> general> accessibility> LED flash for alerts and make sure it is off.
