Q: can't play from the cloud

HI

After the iTunes 12 update I can't menage to play my music from the cloud. when I click on my music in iTunes it's empty...

 

if I enter to iTunes store to purchased section I can download the music to my mac.

 

how to enable the close play again?

    Hi svoland25,

    It is good to hear that you can still download your previous purchases in iTunes, but lets see if we can get them to show up without you downloading them. 

    I would check in iTunes to see if you have iCloud Music Library enabled in iTunes preferences. Take a look at the information below for more information on how to do check that setting.

    On your Mac or PC:

    1. Make sure that you're signed in to iTunes with the Apple ID and password that you use for your Apple Music membership. 
    2. Mac: From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose iTunes > Preferences and turn on iCloud Music Library.
      Windows: Press Control + B on your keyboard to open the iTunes menu bar. Choose iTunes > Preferences, and turn on iCloud Music Library.
