NOW tv app not able to sign in ?

Can anyone tell me they are able to sign in to NOW TV app on Apple tv ?

Apple TV, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.5)

DId you purchase via AppleTV or directly from Sky/different set top box like a Roku.
