Hi, my names Jack and recently recieved a gift card from my relative in Ireland who sent it to me over the Apple Store.
My question is, it keeps saying It needs to be redeemed in an Ireland storefront. I tried changing my location to Ireland but it says my account is not eligible for purchases outside USA.
I cannot redeem the card at this time, and very confused on how to.

You can't. Gift cards are only good in the country where they are sold. Send it back to the gift giver, or re-gift it to someone in Ireland.
You can't; Irish gift cards can't be redeemed or spent outside of Ireland. Sell it to someone who lives there.
