Q: Why can't I rearrange songs in a playlist in the iTunes update?

Does anyone know a workaround for the new and awful view options in the updated iTunes? I like to be able to rearrange my playlists by song or by artist, and now I have no quick way to do so.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)

Hi,

Go to the top right side of the iTunes window, below the search box, and clic on the small down arrow next to "Playlist", you will see the other classical options appearing like eg. if you select "Songs", you can afterward select "Sort by Manual Order" in the same place.
