keyboard not working and MacBook not charging

Space bar and right arrow key are no longer clicking and mac book not charging, any ideas.

I have tried several chargers (partners MacBook is work with these chargers).

Only had for 6 weeks and according to website have to wait an unacceptable 7 days for Genius appointment.
