Up button wont work. Apple Tv remote works fine but up does not, onlygoes down, left or right. I am stuck watching Kiddie shows that My kids have since I am the profile on top of the list, help!
Remove worn move up, only down, left and right
under each direction there is a microSwitch which is activated
if one of those breaks what you experience would happen you can try another remote or to setup the
remote app on an ios device or test your remote on another appletv or mac which support IR remote
to verify where the fault lies
apple sell remotes if yours has died as do universal remotes such as logitech harmony works with it
