Its a gray screen, displays the following..

All of your movies are checked.

Unchecked items don't play in a playlist, might not sync to devices, and cant be burned to a disc.

ok button is the option given.. Press it nothing happens...

Ive reinstalled iTunes and everything..

iMac (27-inch Late 2009), iOS 8.4

There is usually a tiny square box next to each item in a playlist. Click the checkbox to toggle. You can do it for a group of items:

Hold the command key ( or ⌘ key) and click a checkbox to toggle all marks.

To toggle a selection, right click the selection then 'check/uncheck selection'.
