Q: Bell & Rogers do not talk to each other

When a friend of mine was on Bell.ca and we could text each other from iPad to iPhone. Since she changed carriers and now is using Rogers we can not communicate with each other via iMessage. Is there anyone else experienced this problem?

Have you tried setting up iMessage from scratch? Your friend needs to link his phone number with iMessage.
