Help. Why itune service using so much cellular data?

I am an ATT wireless customer using iphone 6 and iOS 8.4.

As of this morning I am using 10GB cellular data so far for the current billing period and it rarely uses more than 1 GB before.

Most of the usage is from ITunes Services and I do not listen to Apple music or using music much at all.

I've spoken to ATT and Apple reps and still no idea what is the cause.

I thought it was Mail syncing in iCloud. But it the iTunes service just used about 1 GB in 2 days after resetting cellular data usage and turning off Mail sync in iCloud.

I am turning off safari sync in iCloud as well as Cellular data in ITunes and plan to update if this resolve the issues.

Please let me know what iTune service is using so much data and how to avoid that service without turning off cellular data completely.

I am certain most of the 10Gb data is a waste of cellular data for something has no value to me.

Thanks.
