how to find autotune in garage band 10.0.3

It's in the Audio Track Editor (double-click on the Audio Region in the Tracks Area to open it)

i used to have GB V10 in an iMac now I got a Macbook pro and downloaded it again but now there is no more the Master Fader on the top right corner and there is no autotune no more
