Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
From your post I see that you're trying to sync music to your iPad using iTunes even though you have Apple Music and iCloud Music Library enabled. iCloud Music Library works similarly to iTunes Match in the way that all of your music is available on all of your devices. Therefore syncing music from iTunes is not possible, let alone necessary. If you'd like to learn more about iCloud Music Library and Apple Music, please take a look at the links below.

Take care.

Thank you for your reply
I have already turned on the iCloud Music Library on both iMac and iPhone. When I did it, my iTunes took a whole day to sync, upload (I don't know exactly what it did) my songs to the iCloud Music Library.
But I still don't know where to find them in my iPhone, I only have available in it the ones I had already (before Apple Music when I drag & dropped the songs).
And worse, it has even deleted two songs of mine (as far as I've noticed) from my iPhone stating they're not fit for iCloud Music Library (don't know if these are the words used in the English version, I use iTunes in Portuguese). What is that even supposed to mean?
Anyways, I wanted to know where I can download them. And how can I get these deleted songs back to my iPhone.
Thanks again
