Unfortunately, if you don't have a back up from before you forgot the passcode, you will lose data.

Unfortunately in your case it is too late for backup. Your only option is to restore.

It's too late to back up your data. You need to do that before you have a problem, not after.

If you mean your phone is disabled because you forgot your passcode, read the posts in this thread and follow the links to restore your phone. If you do not have a recent backup, all your data is lost.

Unless you are in recovery mode there is no icon that shows you need to connect to a computer. Open iTunes on your computer and connect anytime.
