Laserjet 2300 duplex printing

I am stumped.

Duplex printing check box is checked.

When I try to print and select 'layout' the only 2 sided option I am able to select is printing 2 pages (or more) on the same page.

Not sure what is going on.

Any help would be appreciated

PS: I can duplex print directly on the same printer from WinXP on Parallels Desktop installed on the same computer
