I have an iPod Touch. I am trying to cancel a newspaper subscription and have tried many suggested fixes but when I get to Manage subscription I do not have an automatic renewal option to turn off. The only choice I have is to renew. Please help.
I Have an iPod Touch and I am unable to cancel a newspaper subscription. I have tried many suggested fixes but when I get to Manage Subscription I only have the option to renew - I do not have an automatic renewal option that I can toggle OFF. Thanks for any help you can provide.
