Dear sir,
My brand new macbook come with aluminium outer case, when I charge it with the power adapter come with the macbook, I experiencing a mile electric shock when ever I touch he case, and the feeling always there until you unplug the power adapter, please help me to solve this problem, thank you sir.

Put it back in the box and exchange it for another one.
This isn't a hardware failure, but an issue with grounding. The plug options will vary depending on what country you live in, but if your MagSafe adapter came with a grounded plug, you should use that while connected into a grounded power outlet.
In the USA, the grounded adapter is the 3-prong power cord.
FYI: MacBooks don't have MagSafe adapters and don't come with 3 prong plugs.
Ah, guess I wasn't paying attention to the forum I was in. Thought I was still in the MacBook Pro one for some reason.
Let me revise my post then by saying that the plug part of that adapter is removable and interchangeable with other Mac power adapters, and if the original poster has a grounded power cord from another mac computer, he can try using that to see if the issue goes away. If that's not an option, it would probably be best to test this adapter in other locations and if the issue persists, have it tested by a Apple Authorized repair technician.
There is no way that you should be getting an electrical shock from your MacBook. Do as Linc suggests and take it back to the dealer.

The very first time I notice it when I plug the Macbook with charger and I notice the electrick shoc, I tough it is the vibration of the Macbook, impress me that this is so advance... , finally not that.
