Jul 23, 2015 10:33 AM in response to tamt20by Winston Churchill,With photostream when she or I took a picture, it would automatically be shared to all of our devices in our photostream. We had our separate icloud accounts on our devices.
Unfortunately, that isn't how it worked, you are either mistaken or you didn't have different accounts.

Jul 23, 2015 1:24 PM in response to Winston Churchillby tamt20,Well, previously our phones had different aps, different passwords. I paid using one credit card and she used a different one for purchases. We had different itunes accounts and our iphones were not authorized on each others computers. Yet somehow, every picture that either of us took showed up on the other's photostream.
That is how it worked.
I want to know if I can setup icloud photo to automatically share our photos.
Thanks

I think your confused.
Apple ID - iCloud accounts can be different then Apple ID iTunes and App account.
The Photo Stream and iCloud Photo Library both use the Apple ID iCloud account.

Make sure in Setting > iCloud
The accounts are different.
( The Setting > iTunes & App Store account has no say in how photos are shared )
