I downloaded all of my Cd's on my I-tunes account 2 years ago, on my ex's computer. I am just now finally settled in my own home with my own computer. I logged into my I-tunes and none of my Cd's are there?

See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device (or purchase history). Unless you have maintained a subscript to iTunes Match there is no reason why content loaded into a library on one computer should appear on another.

They wont be there unless separately put into it. If you don't have access to the old computer or a backup of its data, you need to import the CDs again.
