Q: Iphone 4 stuck in apple logo screen and after 20-30 secs it will shutdown..

hi my iphone 4 is stuck at apple logo screen and after 20-30 secs it will shutdown..

note:this will happen if i put on the charger..but without the charger plugged,it will not turn on.

iPhone 4, iOS 7.1.2
