Cannot double click on a photo to enlarge it. Would reinstalling yosemite help?
MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.4/2.2 GHz), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4), enlarging photos
Use the slider top left side of the Photos app to increase the photo size.
Reinstalling Yosmite would have no effect what so ever.
