ITunes is claiming I have 5 computers on my account. How may I view those 5 in order to deauthorize 2 of them longer in my possession?

You will need to deauthorise all your computers and then reauthorise the ones you need individually. To deathorise all please see this page:

This is written with the current iTunes in mind. If you are really using 10.4.7 as your signature suggests you will use a different route to get into your Account but the principle is the same.
